Start A New Diet

January 2010 is the best time to start a new diet. Actually i was started in last two weeks. In this 2 weeks i have lost around 3 kg. Im so happy..not massive but something continue working on..I have to lose another 35kg. I've set myself the simple goal. I have to lose 5kg per month. Insya Allah....What im doing is just reduced the quantity of rice and eat more vegitables and fruits especially the green one. I always eat protein with every meal because it builds muscle tissue which is turn, burns fat.... said bro rizal to me...his very goodman la to tell me everything. I like...One thing, it is difficult for me to do the exercise. Arggghhhhh come on Noor!!!!you must do it to get your body back....
